Advanced Mindfulness Course is for those who have completed the MBSR or MBCT 8 week course. This course is suitable for those who are looking to deepen their mindfulness practice.
Learning from 4 week Advanced Mindfulness course can include ;
- Four foundations of Mindfulness
- Four Noble truths
- Body scan practice, Mindfulness of Breathing (longer practice)
- Eightfold path
- Primary qualities of the heart
- Loving Kindness and compassion practice
Advanced Mindfulness course meet once a week for 4 weeks and class time is 2 hours per week. Any necessary class materials or handouts will be provided and outside readings may be recommended.
